Misty Rackley has been in hair design for over eight years. She has a real passion for doing hair. Misty is THE ONLY Framesi Color Technican in this area. Framesi Color Technicans are subjected to a strict educational program to ensure they exhibit higher than average color results. Many Framesi Color Technicans are employed by fashion designers and modeling agencies around the country to prepare runway models. Misty is also an “Extreme” eyelash extension technican. “Extreme” eyelashes have been seen on your favorite actresses and actors on the red carpet. Beauty at the Beach Hair & Nail Salon would like to welcome Kathy Carter & Laura Heim.

They are new stylists to the salon starting in January.

Kathy is a former salon manager and owner. She began her career as a nail technician and later went on to obtain her cosmetology license. Kathy prides herself in the fact that she has designed and customized her own pedicure program which is guaranteed to leave your feet in top notch condition! Her years of experience are displayed with each set of beautiful acrylic nails that she applies. Kathy also specializes in color and high-lites.

Laura is an experienced stylist who specializes in spiral perms, men’s cuts and clipper cuts. She also offers customized pedicures that will leave your feet flip flop ready for the upcoming season! Laura has a heart of gold and enjoys working with the elderly to meet their needs. She also provides in-home cosmetic needs to the sick and shut-ins because everyone deserves some TLC!
