Cops: Man tried to pick up Hampstead children - Jacksonville Daily News

Law enforcement authorities are searching for a man that may have been trying to abduct children in Hampstead and possibly in other parts of both Pender and New Hanover Counties. This man may be wearing a ball cap, mid 40s with mustache and stained teeth.
